The Aquarius energy archetype has the water-bearer as its emblem, but Aquarius is not a water-sign; it’s an air sign. So why the water-bearer? This human-spirit/original-spirit union shows the air element, which is all about conscious choice: the choice to align with life-affirming energies for the good of all. This could be a taxi driver, a shop assistant or a call centre rep as much as it could be a doctor, social worker or healing practitioner. The Aquarius archetype helps us ‘raise the vibration’, improve awareness and reset perspectives for opportunities for equality and fair treatment for all, which means every single human is equally capable of being ‘the water-bearer’. This week’s 3rd Qtr Moon in Aquarius is exactly conjunct the South Node. Only nine days ago the South Node shifted into Aquarius and will stay there for 18 months. The influence of the South Node heightens the karma, fate, destiny and soul energies of this particular moon.
