This policy works both ways, in that Michelle will apply a discount to your session if she cancels within 24 hours.
It would be appreciated if you could give at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment so that the timeslot might be taken up by someone else. No cancellation fee is charged in this case, unless your booking has been repeatedly cancelled and rescheduled.
A cancellation fee will be charged should you cancel within 24 hours of a session. In an ideal world a fee wouldn’t be charged in these circumstances because often a late cancellation is due to something unforseen. Yet the reality is that with such short notice it’s unlikely the appointment can be taken up by someone else and this is hard on a small business like Radiant Living.
Please note that a forgotten session is considered to be a cancellation, especially as Michelle sends session confirmations prior to each session.
The following cancellation fees apply:
- for a first-time 24-hours or less cancellation, 50% of your normal rate will be charged
- for further times, the full session rate will be charged
Please note, if you repeatedly cancel an appointment within 48 hours, an extra 25% of the session rate will be added on top of your session fee.
