Thank you for taking a moment to read the Radiant Living Cancellation Policy.
This policy works both ways, in that Michelle will apply a discount to your session if she cancels within 24 hours.
It would be appreciated if you could give at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel a session so that the timeslot might be taken up by someone else. No cancellation fee is charged in this case, unless your booking has been repeatedly cancelled and rescheduled.
A cancellation fee will be charged should you cancel within 24 hours of a session. In an ideal world a fee wouldn’t be charged in these circumstances because often a late cancellation is due to something unforseen. Yet the reality is that with such short notice it’s unlikely the session can be taken up by someone else and this is hard on a small business like Radiant Living.
Please note that a forgotten session is considered to be a cancellation, especially as Michelle sends session confirmations prior to each session.
The following cancellation fees apply:
- for a first-time 24-hours or less cancellation, 25% of your normal rate will be charged
- for a second-time, 50% of your normal rate will be charged
- for further times, your full normal rate will be charged
Please also note that repeated cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment will attract an extra charge of 25% of your session fee. The repeated extra administration affects a small business like Radiant Living.
