Two Approaches - Readings or Therapy
Michelle uses a mixture of readings and therapeutic approaches in sessions (i.e. in a predominant ‘reading’ style session, Michelle also draws on her therapy skills, and vice versa). All consultations offer insights that highlight your potentials, empower you with problem solving and direct you to further resources.
1) Readings. In a reading Michelle gives an interpretation of your horoscope, energy system or chosen cards. Michelle does not predict the future, but does use forecasting techniques. She offers guidance on how to increase your level of conscious participation in manifesting your future and assesses the degree to which you might be running on autopilot (‘fate’). She combines her intuitive skills with years of built knowledge of symbology, archetypes, cycles and timing.
2) Therapy. In these sessions Michelle focuses on the information you provide when describing your life circumstances and uses your horoscope, energy system or chosen cards as guidance tools. The emphasis is on collaboration and co-creation whereby Michelle encourages you to strengthen your relationship with your own intuitive guidance system to find empowering solutions to life’s challenges. She also offers practical support suggestions after checking in on your general wellbeing.
Michelle’s Counselling Background
Michelle is not a psychologist or psychotherapist. Her counselling training has been through included components in her astrology, tarot or energy healing studies. Generally she works with a client in a single session or a series of sessions, but does not generally do ongoing depth therapy.
Michelle’s Psychic Background
Michelle is not a psychic. Yet her training has included components of clairvoyance, clairsentience and so on. Michelle uses her intuitive, ‘psychic’ skills when relevant in sessions but does not practice as a psychic because she is not ‘a psychic’. If you are after a psychic reading, go here for some psychics that Michelle recommends.
