The afternoon involves:
- Discussing how the heart chakra works and doing simple meditations to activate and share its rejuvenating benefits
- Exploring the heart chakra’s critical role as central processor of your multidimensional self, including how it bridges between the physical and spiritual selves, and how it processes both earth & cosmic frequencies
- Looking at the heart chakra’s role in relationships of all kinds, especially with past, present or future partners
- Noticing if your heart chakra is over- or under-stimulated, shocked or stressed and learning how to gently bring it into balance
- Practising a depth heart meditation, including safely opening the heart centre, relaxing into the healing flow of ‘universal chi’, and safely grounding the experience
