- Discussing your Moon Sign element (Earth, Air, Fire or Water) and how to meet the need of that element
- Discovering your birth Moon Phase and the background ‘flavour’ or ‘vibe’ it brings to your life
- Assessing the major planetary archetypes in permanent connection with your Moon Sign (e.g. Moon in Taurus in connection with Uranus) and how to manage the impact of these
- Practising meditations and exploring pathways for transforming difficult autopilot patterns into affirming natural behaviours
