Thank you for checking through these details so you’re aware of the process if you need to cancel.
Ideally fees wouldn’t be charged for late cancellations, as often they’re due to something unforseen. Yet with short notice it’s unlikely the appointment can be taken up by someone else and this is hard on a solo business like Radiant Living. Of necessity, life’s practical realities make this a no exceptions policy.
Please give as much notice as possible (at least 48 hours) if you need to cancel.
- A cancellation fee of 100% of your appointment fee applies should you cancel within 24 hours of your session time.
- A cancellation fee of 50% of your appointment fee applies should you cancel within 36 hours.
- Repeat cancellations within 48 hours attract a surcharge of 50% of your appointment fee.
A forgotten session is considered a cancellation. Please also note that it’s not feasible to send a substitute to your appointment.
If you have not heard back from me after you’ve left a message, please assume I haven’t received it and persist until you hear back. Messages after 6pm Mon to Fri, or on weekends, are not received until 9am the next business day.
